gigi10015 hello! since it was columbus day yesterday i didn't think i'd be able to ship the shoes, but the mailman came by so I gave it to him so it should be on its way. anamarisav14 Hi Jesse! Just checking in to see if you’ve received the Black & yellow Alice & Olivia skirt you purchased. I’m confused because when I check the tracking #, it says your package arrived at the Charlotte, NC Post Office on Wed, 9/22, but then there was zero activity on Thursday 9/23, so I’m assuming the package is still at the post office?

anamarisav14 I’m asking b/c I’m thinking if you don’t get your package by today, Friday 9/25, then maybe—if it’s not too much trouble— you should consider stopping by the PO in person (with your ID) and asking them to find it for you. That happened to another customer of mine in Boston. She finally got it b/c she drove to the PO and they had it 🙄 Ugh. I’m so sorry this is happening. I really hope you get it today and there’s not an issue.

jessemac93 @anamarisav14 hello, according to tracking the package was out for delivery on September 22nd but there has been no activity since. Basically the most current is as of September 23 the package has not been scanned. I’ve not received anything yet - and yes I’ve had tons of issues lately with the post office and try to avoid USPS if possible, unfortunately Poshmark only uses usps (I wish they used FedEx or UPS instead).

I will keep a sharp eye out for it and will also periodically check tracking, although there hasn’t been any activity since September 23 at 6:53am with the information just saying “awaiting delivery scan”

anamarisav14 @jessemac93 I agree 100% with you about there being many issues lately with USPS and wishing Poshmark used other carriers—or at least gave us the option to use anyone besides USPS…I always check my deliveries daily and am a little nervous about this one due to the inactivity since Wed and the weird ‘AWAITING SHIPMENT SCAN’ message today…

anamarisav14 that’s why I was asking if you live near the PO. I’m very lucky b/c my PO in San Diego is only 8 blocks away, so I always pop in if one of my deliveries (purchases) is delayed or seems lost…If the PO is not far from you, it might be worth the drive to stop by and ask them to look it up for you and maybe they’ll be able to locate it for you. I’m thinking it might even be there—at your local post office…

anamarisav14 Sometimes the package gets put on the wrong truck/route or they forget to put it on the truck at all—that’s what happened with my Boston PM client. She drove to the PO and they actually handed her the package and apologized because it was not put on a truck for 3 days….

jessemac93 @emmaki hey thanks for letting me know! That’s cutting it a little tight for June 8, sometimes (oftentimes) USPS screws up and shipping is delayed. Also if the dress doesn’t fit, it doesn’t give me a whole lot of time to find something else. I will definitely follow your closet though as you have a lot of great stuff and will probably buy something in the future. Enjoy the rest of your vacation.
