Awesome on the weight loss! I don’t do Instagram but way too go! I am 18 months postpartum and have about 10 more to lose. Have lost 20 ish so far! Love your closet. Super cute things. ❤️❤️

@aevillar09 thanks! Same to you! What are your tricks?! Anything special that really worked for you? I’ve done a combo of food journal and daily weigh ins! : ) tried weight watchers but don’t believe in a lot of their philosophy, but like some of it! I’m a health coach by training so I’m always looking for new tips and such! ❤️

@alisdresser I really love the sweat app workouts! I’ve tried every diet under the sun and I’ve found just kind of tracking and eating balanced, reducing my portions a bit and just being more aware of what I’m eating. The combo of just some hiit/strength training a few times a week has done wonders!

@aevillar09 that’s awesome! Same. I love food and cook all our meals at home and we are active CSA members. Love all the local produce and meals we make from that. I’m a born and raised vegetarian and my dad writes cookbooks for a living. So food is my life! Just trying to find time and balance for physical activity! : ) I’ll totally try that app. Thanks so much, and congrats to you! You look really great and happy in your pic with your babe. ❤️❤️

@alisdresser thank you so much that is so sweet of you! that’s sooo cool!! I absolutely love healthy cooking and love to shop at our local markets/farms I try and get as much there as I can! We were vegetarian for a while I love that.

@alisdresser Depending on which program you choose on the sweat app it’s 3 or 4 days and it’s broken down into legs, arms & abs, & full body. I do cardio either before or on the alternating days. Usually 1-2 rest days. When I’m being good haha... I need to refocus and really buckle down and lose the last of the weight! I’m still breastfeeding so I think that may be making it harder 🤷🏻♀️

All these people were like “breastfeeding just melts the baby weight” What a joke...🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️not the case for me! But it’s well worth it for many reasons! I am going to look into that app! Thanks for sharing! I hope that you and your baby and family are staying safe and healthy during this time. ❤️
