shelleywellster Dear Ashley Marie, I am so sorry about the bag! I purchased it and didn’t use it, then re-poshed it, as it was too small for me. It must have lost more metal links as it sat in my closet for a month or two. I wonder if there is a leather worker or shoe repair near you who might be able to help? I feel badly that the bag is unusable but thought that I had used it a couple of times with no problems. Let me know if you have ideas to solve his problem!
