fancygoose Hi. I’m hoping you can help me. Have you ever mailed a package over the 5lb standard shipping rate? I know how to get to the option to print a new label for more weight but I’m confused about what to choose. If my package is 11 lbs, do I choose 11 lbs or just 6 lbs since buyer has already paid for 5 lbs? If I choose the 11 lbs and it’s $19.95, does the $6.95 the buyer paid get applied to that total amount so I’m only paying the additional $13? Does that even make sense?

debbie00824 @vgel12345 hi yes I can help you out the Black ones are a 8 and I wear between a 8 to a 7 1/2 so I had another pair that were a 71/2 and they sold so I just used that same picture of me wearing the 71/2 hope this helps you 😊
