randolphlaw @kkos376, the highest jump I ever did was about 18", as an occasional trail class obstacle. It felt like I was jumping a building. As a shoer, I cringe at the strain you put on those shoes, and feet!

randolphlaw @kkos376 it is a team sport absolutely. You have to be an athlete too! The understanding and commitment of both is a beautiful thing to watch. I think you have to have real experience with horses to grasp it fully though. It's like watching a sport you never played.
