letsmith Hi dear. Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. The wig has not been cut. The Vella Vella Emily wig is not a lace front wig. It's a synthetic wig only.Which is why this particular wig didn't work for me so I never wore it. All my lace front wigs are advertised as such.
