@reba78 I’m sorry there is nothing I can do, since the jacket has already shipped! The money should have come out of your account as soon as you purchased the item, so I don’t think it will be affected by the account lock.

@reba78 the money comes out of your account when you purchase the item, and is held by Poshmark until it is released to me so I don’t think there should be an issue with the money? You should reach out to Posh support though if it’s an issue.
