knikolnolan @jocelyynnnn thanks, ya it's been hard. She was taken by animal control, where we live people hate pit bulls and our Nieghbor wouldn't stop calling animal control. Wasn't fair at all but we have become advocates for the bully breed. It's never easy letting go of a pet 😭

khoranburg Hey girly! Help a girl out.....So im now noticing a ridiculous amount of fake designer items out there. Its obvious you had my lv clutch flagged and thats fine do to the fact i was unaware of PM policy regarding replicas. Which brings me to this question for you. Am i to flag each and every prohibited item such as imitated handbags and accessories? Im having a hard time wrapping my head around this. If one posts an item clearly stating its fake or inspired by xxx how is this a violation? Im appsuled by those who clearly know they are fake and still refuse to answer comments concerning its identity abd still charging an outrageous amount. After reading your post in your closet i feel u are the most trusted source to approach! Im anxiously awaiting to hear back from you with some clarification and some sort of method to thus madness!

knikolnolan @khoranburg at first I didn't know what to do either. I have purchased a few knock offs in the past and didn't think anything of it until I saw a post about how eBay almost went under because of the numerous lawsuits they had going against them. I read into that a little bit (with the help of google :)) and was amazed at what I learned! Poshmark has a good team, but if you've ever had to contact them you know if takes days for them to reply. Im hoping they get quicker at it but in the meantime I think we all should help the site out a bit. I flag stuff when I see it, and I don't say anything to the person because I'm not about to start an internet war over a fake bag or wallet. Poshmark can be shut down because of us selling/buying fake stuff. It is against the law plain and simple, not just on the internet, but everywhere. Like I said, I flag stuff when I see it, and sometimes I have more time on my hands and go a little crazy, only because I love this site and want to see it succeed, not to hurt anyone or their sales. I hope this helps a bit. Also, not a lot of people know about the policy, but again, it is against the law to sell knock offs, and unfortunately it will be Poshmark that is at fault, not us :(.

Seems like a bitchy thing to do, I know, but like I said I love this site, and would love to see the girls on here be able to enjoy it. I don't know if you've checked out other apps like this, but this one is by far the best, I can't stand Threadflip, or Hipswap anymore. I'm addicted <3. Side note: I might grab that mascara you listed :)

I also agree that they need to pick it up regarding their turnaround-time with questions and inquiries! knikolnolan @lizzy60 "inspired" is fake hun. Against the rules and law to sell those as well. A pair of "ray ban inspired" sunglasses are okey as long as they don't contain a ray ban logo on them...bc we all associate the wafer style with ray ban...but if it contains a logo or a look alike logo then it's a no no. Hope that helps you! I see "inspired" a lot too.
