janineciobanita I am sorry you are unhappy with the backpack, the description is very accurate, it does come with a water chamber not a bottle. This is a used product, I don’t think you want to receive a used bottle. You received exactly the product described, comes with a water chamber. Per dictionary definition chamber means room. I would really appreciate you considering changing your rating, it will be the right thing to do. Thank you
