vieluxueuse Grats on your commitment to better health! I, too, have been getting more fit. I am engaging the Map My Walk app on my phone ( my mom turned me on to it). The little challenges on it have helped me, my boyfriend, and our dog to all get into better aerobic shape, lose some pounds, and increase our sense of well being! Good luck to you and your family!
