kybreann @raineyd Sadly yes, I’ve tried for hours to sync it to my phone and it just will not pair. I even called Kade Spade support twice, got two new batteries, and tried other phones at one point to make sure it wasn’t my phone. I’ve tried everything, but still no luck!
