sakshi9984 First of all trading is something not supported by posh . Of u wish to do it all you do is both people change the price of an item to $3 and buy each other item. Once u get a label u can ship it the agreed items between 2 of u.

sakshi9984 /2. It's pure risk to do it bcoz u don't know the opposite person and h might get scammed . Even if u report posh they don't get involved in it as its against a their policies . I have also seen some people just send their items whereas other party just don't ship it . It's pure luck . I hope it made sense .

jamieswanson @myblueskydays , thanks ☺️. As for weight loss, I completely cut out refined sugar, started eating six small meals a day (rather than one or two bigger ones), and I make sure to get plenty of protein, while keeping the fat grams at a minimum. Doing this, I lost 110 lbs, in 13 months😆.
