I don't think I've ever met anyone named Crystal until you, but when I was little (ok, I'm still little, but, how about a "child"), my family always had dogs. We had a cat once, but I had horrible allergies and once she scratched me right next to my eye, and, well...bye bye Nipper. So, what's the point? Yes, I think there is one....lol...several years later, but still a "child" (haha) , I found a stray kitty and begged to keep her. We only got to keep her for a few months probably, but I named my cat Crystal! Hahaha RAWR!!!

I'm just glad to be a part of such a huge family! I swear the military bond is like no other... You never forget your battle buddies. If my body would have allowed it, I would still be in. Alas, I'm on surgery #8 with 4-8 more to go.... So keep doing what you're doing for those of us that can no longer! :)

@armymj84 It does take a toll on your mind and body. I have had 4 operations myself and will be retiring very soon. My biggest battle is PTSD, Acute Stress and a short list of others...stay strong, trust God and Pray

My heart goes out to you. One of my buddies retired a little over a year ago and struggles with the same sort of thing- he's one of my closest friends to this day. Luckily (or unluckily, depending on how you see it) all my troubles are physical since I was never deployed. Yet I wouldn't trade any of it! :) I wish you all the best- I'm sure retirement will be a welcomed change of pace, especially with your kids (even with the boredom most I know claim it to be. Lol). I'll pray for you- it's the least I can do. :)

@lilmscrys I'm not going to Vegas. Unfortunately there are multiple reasons: I just began Poshing a little over 3 weeks ago so I've only made 6(?) sales I think and haven't earned enough for airfare, hotel, ticket, WARDROBE(!😬!) etc. Also I am sick. I have multiple autoimmune diseases that affect me to the point that I'm disabled. I'm doing much better the past 9 months or so than I have been the past several years. There were some very scary times. Long story short, my illness makes me unreliable and I'm unable to plan for future stuff like that (even super cool fun stuff!) because I never know when I'll have a flare up. So I don't mean to take too much space on your page or be a Debbie Downer but those are the long answer reasons why I won't be going to Vegas. Are you going? I hope you are!

I sold something last week on posh, shipped it, it was delivered yesterday but no one was there to accept the package so the post man left a notice for the buyer. The buyer is upset because on the notice it says she has to pay $10.90. Has this ever happen to u & do u know if I did something wrong?? I contacted posh but they take forever to respond :(

And your family is beautiful btw. I love your story too. My father was in the army too, WWII. He never really left mentally, even though he went to college, raised a family , and is a retired 90 year old, his stories revolve around the war. He was an artillery sergeant during the Korean emergency. Anyway, I think what you did was wonderful, and thank you. (Can never be said enough)

Awe thank you...my mom is no longer here she passed 7 years ago pancreatic cancer ♡ my brother is he still deals with ptsd. He was a medic. But I'm so proud of both of them! :)

Hi Crys, nice to meet you. You defiantly have an impressive resume. We have something in common , I served in the army as well but not in the US. Chemical warfare is a nasty thing no doubt.
