shell143 I'm sorry to hear about your fur baby. :( so sad. My dog happens to be a Pitt, and the funny thing is she's the one who always gets attacked and beat up. :( so far it's just been smaller dogs, but oh man, I would just freak out if something happened to her.

lal30305 @shell143 thank you love! Losing a pet is as hard as losing a family member or close friend. It was like a pit terrier or something that killed her. 😩 I want a new puppy but I now have a new obstacle in my life, I broke my ankle! Ugh, such is life!

starcat Sorry about your puppy! My husband and I used to have two dachshunds that were brother and sister, but when I I got pregnant with our second we gave them to his dad. When they went to live with his dad one of them was attacked by the neighbor's German Shepherd and he was in such bad condition that he had to be put down. It broke my husband's heart. He had them since they were only a few weeks old. It was one of the few times I've seen him cry.

lal30305 @starcat awww that's such a sweet and sad story. It's so hard to lose pets because they are like part of the family. It was so painful to me because my girl was my first pet and my bestest friend. Now I feel so alone without her. She really took care of me and now I don't have that kind of connection with a furry friend, since she was my one and only. I'm hoping that with my poshmark earnings, I can get a new puppy... That's after I recover from my recent ankle fracture 👎

starcat Aww I hope you heal and get a new puppy soon! I got a car for my 3rd birthday and had her 13 years before she was poisoned and she was my best friend just like the dogs were my husband's.

thepunks Sweetheart, you just take one day at a time. Losing such a beautiful, innocent being is beyond hard. Unfortunately, there are no hard and fast rules for grieving. I'm so sorry you lost your sweet Chloe. Focusing on what you can change will hopefully ease some of your pain. You have a great closet btw.

elizabethlobert That's just awful about your puppy. As I have a cat and dog I can sympathize with you. I lost my oldest cat a couple years ago and I still think about him all the time. mollys3 Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry u lost ur baby is such a horrific way! My baby (Runner, a beautiful GermanSpitz) was poisoned by a man that was renting the house next door to us. I was taking care of my sons 2 dogs as well and he didn't like to hear them outside playing.. "It bothered him". Runner suffered terribly. He is so very very missed as I know ur baby is as well. I'm so sorry for your great loss!

lal30305 @mollys3 that's so terrible... People can be so cruel. I expect bad behaviors from other animals but not from people!!! And thank you for your condolences on my sweet baby Chloe! I actually just got a new puppy 3 weeks ago. I'm feeling a lot better with my new girl, I named her Lindsey. The only thing is, potty training has been hard because I do not want to take her outside! I'm fearful of another tragic accident 😕 anyways-- I'm adding a pic of her above, so take a look 😍

mollys3 Oh my goodness.. She's adorable! U can't worry urself to death but u can be cautious. I understand the fear though! I lost 2 children (my son Daniel and my daughter faith). I had to options. Shield my other children from life or let them live and pray a lot! I opted for the prayers. I'm praying for u puppies safety!

Ya know they say, Yorkies never grow up! But again, whenever it was, a loss of a Pet, of your Chloe, is HUGE! I SO understand and the way it happened, Yikes! But we will talk about the positive now, Ms. Linz. We have no children so our pets are our children!! And nice to meet you sweetie, you are a doll yourself!
