Meg navy silk popover blouse

Perfect and simple 100% navy silk popover blouse by Toronto designer Meg. Front is plain, back has a 8 1/2 vent at the bottom and a fold running up the back. Button closure. It is a medium but very loose fitting as you will see from the pit to pit measurements. Sleeve is not bat wing but does start lower on the blouse. Last picture is total length down the back seams. Timeless piece.
