Melanie Lyne striped skirt

Never worn. When was hemmed the tailor stretched the material and it has areas with a "hair like" defect. Please see pictures and price reflects this. I've never found the time to trim the areas so would like it to have a new home. Would be good in a party or office setting. Waist 13" Hips 17" Waist to hem 20"
