Melissa & Doug/ Hape Wood Dolls and Hape Assorted Wood Furniture Set of 12 (18B) very good pre-owned condition: one side of grandma's cardigan has come un-glued and has a bit of glue residue on dress. doll and clothing are in otherwise very good condition. there might be a tiny mark or two. mirror has some scratches, a couple doors are slightly wobbly, wood furniture may have a small ding or two. the sink has a rough texture(manufacturing). lamp has a dark line/mark at base but this seems to be nature of the wood. **bathtub is plastic overall appearance is very good to excellent please see photos ** sold together only** dolls are approx. 3.5" -5" tall
