Melitta porcelain Teapot designed by Lilo Kantner and made in Germany in 1966.

This teapot is in like new vintage condition & almost 60 years old. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. This pot comfortably holds 3 cups of liquid. The width from the tip of the spout to the edge of the handle is 9 inches. The base diameter is 4.5 inches. The height, with lid on is 6 inches & 5 inches without the lid. PLEASE NOTE… the dark band around the top is a dark green, NOT black. The green band is more accurately shown in the listing for the cream & sugar.
