Mendocino Little black dress - Large (fits small)

Loved this dress so much, but never really wore it, became a bit snug.. Size L (more like a medium) 17” armpit-armpit 14 1/2” waistband 15” shoulder to shoulder 35 1/2” shoulder to hem V neck with a slightly open back. Bought from Mendocino on sale. New with tags. Slight flaw in stitching the back (see last picture)
