Halter top dress Worn to a wedding last summer. The cut is asymmetrical in the front. Long in the back. Super flowy. Open back all the way down to the waist. It's an elastic back so can definitely fit up to a medium. Super flattering due to the pleats. Comes with a tassle tie to cinch the waist. It's purchased from Mendocino (RIP) but the brand itself is Strut & Bold.
