Men's blue double breasted vest

This double breasted vest is made of 20% wool and 80% polyester. I purchased it a year ago and wore it a handful of times on formal occasions. The tag inside says men's US S, but it's closer to M. No signs of wear and tear. Pit to pit measurement is 18in as seen in the photo.
