Men’s size Large insulated reversible vest made by the Official Outfitters for the Olympics of that year. See picture of the tag for the exterior and interior material. One side is a brighter blue, reversing it to the other side it is more of a greyish blue. If this vest was even worn, it is in brand new condition.

@terryjones246 Hello! With the vest laying flat, it is 25” across.
