Mercer & Madison strapless dress. Size 12

Spring/ Summer strapless dress. Had straps and a belt but not any longer. Has bra type bandau inside with “rubber” around top to hold it in place. Flared skirt. Bright and cheery. Lovely turquoise (light and dark), yellow, white, tan and black in color. Fully lined. Pit to pit is 18”. Waist is 16”
