Can be worn on waist or hips.. it's all good. Crop top is finished with light blue picot elastic trim. I made this and wore only once for our annual Mermaid Ball. I ran out of fabric so part of the salvage is in the under arm seam on one side. One pom pom is missing. Crop top: 28" Wide unstretched, 40" stretched before I think the silver may crack. 14" Long.
