Merrell leather heeled sandals

Black leather heeled sandals from Merrell. Velcro strap over top of foot. Confused by the cycling theme; is this when you have to get dressed up for a bike race? Anyhoo, fantastic sandals that look great on, even if you're not in the Tour de France. Size 9, in great used condition.
