Meshed Top, Plaid Dress

This was a failed online purchase for me. size medium but is too big so I have never worn it out. It’s super cute but too big for me. I’m 5 ft 1, 115 pounds and this dress is a size Medium. Hope someone else can enjoy it. I’d match it up w a pair of boots.
