Metal candle snuffer

Selling this for my mom. She’s moved into a new apartment with integrated sprinklers and is not allowed to burn candles. This is beautiful. Her sister brought it back from Turkey as a gift for her a long time ago. It’s a shame for it not to be enjoyed. It measures approx 12”, has a hinged “crown” for snuffing out candles and a cute dangling glass ball on the end.
