Metallic Gold and Black scarf

Gorgeous long gold and black metallic mesh scarf. No tags so unsure of material content. Approx 62" length, 3" tassels, 10.5" width There are 2 long snags on one end, and a few small ones on the other (see last picture of 2 longer snags. The small snags I could not get to show on camera.)
