Metallic ruffle dress

Metallic shiny blue midi dress. Flower ruffle detail on one shoulder. V neck. Padded. Lined. Two small pulls on the zipper at the back, not super noticible when on. Tagged as a size 12 but fits smaller, about a size medium, no stretch. Measurements laying flat: Length = 36” Hips/waist = 19” Bust = 17”
