Mexican Feel summer skirt . No size or brand on it. But it feels like a size 2. My best guess is it cotton fabric since there is no tags. Approximately 27" at waist and 29" length. (mid calf on me) There is a flaw in this the clips at the top of the zipper are missing . (The things that are used instead of a button) Look at photos to see.
