shelleasm @gbiles hi there! I’m also a 12 and it’s snug around my waist but I don’t mind it since it doesn’t let the cold air in! Since it’s more fitted I tend to wear it on dressier when I’m not wearing bulky layers. I’ll get you measurements tonight 🙂
