Mexxsport Light Black Pants Size 10/40 Canadian

The outside of these pants are like parachute material with a thin netting material lining - see last picture. The waist measures 16 inches across and with the back elastic waistband stretched as far as possible it measures 17 inches ( not a lot of stretch). These pants had a cuff guard that could zip on the bottom of the pants - see 2nd to last picture- but they are not available. There is an inside button missing at the waistband.
