This purse has had only 1 owner (my sister) There are areas of the purse (bottom corners) that show usage and age . It is not in anyway in perfect condition- but still great for an everyday type of purse. The shiny area that has the Michael kors emblem has scratches The strap has been knotted to fit her size lol .
