Very good condition. The stitches on one of the pockets came undone so I fixed myself, see last photo. Not too noticeable, but you can fix it better as well. waist is cinchable so its currently based on my preference of 13 inches across but can go up to 25+ inches across. length is 31 inches pit to pit is 19 inches across Lightweight Hem is also cinchable. can repel water gold hardware
