Leather is in excellent condition, most of the material inside is also in excellent condition with the exception of a pen exploding inside one of the pockets, stain shown in the photos. There is a padded middle compartment that is perfect for a laptop. This is the largest size - good for traveling and for businesses meetings to keep all your books/binders and electronics.
