what are the armpit/ sleeve measurements?

@artc1321 armpit to armpit is 12 inches across the front. Sleeves are 18 inches armpit to cuff and 35 centre to cuff (like dress shirt measurements) I wear a tall sport coat and I would say this fits somewhere between regular and tall.
