cowgirlterry @mzdraper Yes, I just measured. It measures approximately 11-1/2”. They are truly a Nine West Size 10. I hate to get rid of them cuz they are my favorite boot, but higher heels are becoming painful as I get older😢. Thank you for checking out my closet & glad you enjoy it. Check out things I have sold.
