No flaws Ruffled/layered mini skirt Elastic smocked waist Top is hip length, can be tucked into pants or skirt. Has long sleeves that are slightly wide at the bottom. Perfect for a spring wedding You can wear the pieces separately or together. It looks like a dress if you wear both :)
