Michael Kors tiered skirt

This is an elegant tiered skirt by Michael Kors. It’s in a nice neutral blue colour with a beautiful speckled pattern in white all over. The tiered effect drapes really nicely on the body. Waist: 14” (stretchy waistband that can go up to 16”) Length: 28” I bought this on Poshmark but never wore it (other than an initial ‘try-on’ when I first received it). It’s in great condition. Clearing out the closet!
