Michael Stars Maxi tiered dress navy/aqua Small

Long Maxi dress with a top tiered layer (fixed). Top Can be tied in the back or left loose and flowing. Fabric is soft with spandex for stretch. I would consider this a generous size small. Note: there is some colour transfer on the straps as shown in the close up photo the navy colour appears to be showing through the aqua. Extra long for high wedges.
