ggstwicebutnice Hey there!! So I'm starting to get a bit worried about the Burberry Sweater. I still haven't gotten notification that it has started tracking & it's been 24 hours since my mail carrier picked it up. I will go to the post office in the morning to see if they can give me any info about it. I'm so sorry!! I always take my packages to the post office & get a receipt but with the current state of affairs I have relied on my mail carrier to pick the packages up from my home. Still hoping for the best!

ggstwicebutnice @virtuousbusines Well, I am so afraid that your Burberry sweater is lost somewhere in the postal abyss!! It showed as arriving at my local post office but the status of it hasn't changed since Wednesday. I am not sure how long Poshmark will wait to consider it lost but I am going to message them to find out what to do about it. I am so very sorry! I've never had a package lost in 2 1/2 years of selling so I'm not sure what has happened. If I hear back from Poshmark I will let you know.

ggstwicebutnice @virtuousbusines Good news! The sweater has been located. I am so very sorry. Somehow my printer spit out the same label twice and I mailed the sweater to one of my other buyers. I am awaiting instructions from Poshmark on how to get it to you but I am hopeful you will have it sometime this week. I cannot apologize enough for the confusion. I will let you know as soon as I hear something back from Poshmark. Thank you again so much for your patience and understanding.
