happytoserveyou @mrmitzy Miche bags are a combination of a base bag, handles, and a variety of changeable covers. the idea is to be able to quickly change the look of your bag without having to transfer all of your purse contents each time you want a new look. The Teresa Cover (shown) has to go over a base bag with handles.
