pursegal3 @dohertysamantha I am confused. In your listing you say it's negotiable. Why contact me only to say that the price in the listing is the price? Whenever a seller has asked me if I am interested, they have followed up with an offer including discounted shipping. If you follow Poshmark on a regular basis then you will see that this awesome site is a buyers market.

pursegal3 @dohertysamantha Discount shipping is when the regular shipping fee of $13.49 is discounted to $9.99, $8.99, $6.99, $4.99, or Free. If Poshmark is having an event (promo) such as Closet Clearout, then they tell the seller to drop their selling price on an item by at least 10% and to select a discount shipping fee and Poshmark will cover the cost of the difference in the shipping costs ie. shipping discounted to $9.99 - 13.49 - 9.99= $3.50 that Poshmark covers. I hope this helps.
