Never been used. Still has the sticker on the logo. Button closure inside. A pocket on both sides of the purse. There are two tiny scratches at the bottom of the left side pocket due to storage. Scratches are not as noticeable since the bag is shiny (second last picture). Attempted to capture the scratches in the last picture.
