Micro Polka Dot Pleated Shorts

Cute pleated flowy shorts covered in teeny tiny polka dots and has front pockets. Got this from H&M many years ago in Europe it has held up really well over the years and has no flaws to note. Note tagged a US4 but may fit smaller. I’m normally a 0 and show how they fit in the picture. The waistband is elastic though so it is flexible. Inseam: 3.25 inches Waist: 12.5 inches (+elastic waistband on back)
