Mid 2000’s bubble hem kawaii dress

Kawaii Lolita style bubble hem mini dress or pinafore from the mid 2000’s. Would look very cute over a white blouse. Fits S, better for a smaller bust-line. Pocket flaps are just for show. Home is non-smoking but contains cats. I ship using recycled materials.
