Mid century sterling gems: signed Scottish brooch & earrings in the same hue

The brooch created by Ward Brothers of Glasgow features the familiar Celtic stag motif and a broom - so was probably crafted for curling. The stag's head is topped by a citrine or topaz stone (which might also be coloured glass). It is marked W.B.s Sterling Silver. The screw back earrings did not originally accompany the brooch but I think they are a perfect pairing. They feature a glass or stone that is about 1/3 inch long. They are marked Sterling. All pieces in very good condition, with minor tarnish that is not noticeable. (/v)
