Mid-Century JORGEN JENSEN #253 PEWTER RING (Denmark) 1970’s MCM Scandinavian

This retro modernist Jensen design is rare to find as a ring, and is more typically available as a necklace. The top face of the circular flat ring measures 1.8 cm. ( ¾ in.) diameter x 3mm. (1/8 in.) thick, and it sits on top of a thick adjustable pewter band. Without being adjusted, the ring fits size 6.5 but it can be adjusted larger and smaller.The underside is signed Jorgen Jensen 253 Denmark. The ring weighs 10 grams and is in excellent condition, with no sign of wear, age, or damage. I am the original owner, and bought it in Denmark in 1974. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
