Waist 12 1/2inch. Hips 17 1/2 inch total length 23 1/2. Info about the fabric is written in an asian language... 70% and 30% of something. By the feel of it I would say a mix of whool and acrylique because it is warm and the knit is a good quality. Hope this helps :)
