Midi length twirly black vintage skirt

True vintage from the 80’s from brand Tradition. Very twirly asymmetrical flared tiered skirt. Super 80’s / 90’s aesthetic. Could also be worn as a slip. Thin fabric but not transparent at all. Elastic waist. If you wanted it to fit high waist, I’d recommend waist measurement 30”-35”, if you wanted it to fit low waist then I’d recommend for a hip measurement of 35-40”.
